So we're all accustomed to just following and immediately being notified when folks post. When I dusted DW off, I know my automatic assumption was oh, I'll mutual everyone and that's the equivalent of following. And while mutual access lets you see the friends-locked posts, I kept irritated-boggling whenever one of y'all would mention posting and I'd go but I know! I didn't get the notice on that. So for anyone also boggling and wanting notifications outside the reading page: you have to go to track account; there, you'll be able to ask for E-mail notices whenever someone posts. (It's entirely possible I'm the only weirdo who consistently forgets about the reading page and subsists on E-mail notices, but in case I'm not, there you are.) Track account can be found whenever you go onto the homepage of anyone you wanna be notified on, right under the description of your mutual access to one another.
